John Marci of The Adirondack Rod Company joined AMFF Curator Jim Schottenham on May 30 to discuss buying and using blue-collar bamboo rods. John talked about what it takes to find them, what you might spend when you do, and suggested streamside applications. It was a wonderful primer for those new to fishing with bamboo rods, aimed at eliminating the intimidation of fishing with bamboo for the first time.
