Guided by Berkshire Rivers Fly Fishing
This trip will be based in the town of Great Barrington, Massachusetts in Southern Berkshire County. We will be fishing the Housatonic River. While trout fishing is long gone in August, late summer provides an excellent opportunity for fishing for bass and pike, the focus of the trip.
Fishing will start on early the morning of Monday, August 30th, and conclude on the afternoon/evening of the 31st.
Our fishing days will focus on top water smallmouth bass fishing as well as northern pike fishing in a small river setting. All fishing will be done from drift boats. We are asking anglers to bring hats, sunglasses, fishing license and fishing gear including rain gear, waders are optional.
