Stan Bogdan Model “00” Salmon Fly Reel

Stan Bogdan’s work has been admired by anglers worldwide for its quality and craftsmanship, from his first handmade fly reels in 1955 to his last in 2011. Never succumbing to mass-production methods, Stan took a great deal of pride in assembling each reel, from the small single-action trout models to the multiplying salmon models that were the mainstay of his business. Today, Bogdan reels are equally prized by anglers and collectors for their beauty and functionality.
